Multichannel Manager

In this new position you will have an active role in digital and MCM strategy planning and implementation. You will be a critical business partner to all Brand and In-Field Teams and BTS (Business Technology Solutions) in accelerating the design and deployment of multichannel practices and tools. By training and coaching you support teams to achieve optimal channel mix that meets patient, healthcare provider and payer needs. We expect you to understand the local business landscape and goals, to ensure that multichannel solutions support these goals. You provide hands-on support for new channel activation and enhance use of current local and global multichannel solutions (for example website, CLM, email marketing, remote detailing).  You will act as a business owner and project manager for affiliate level MCM solutions and create guiding principles for BTs/IFTs to manage other MCM related activities. You provide internal thought leadership on multichannel marketing and analyze and demonstrate evolution of the multichannel capability within the affiliate.  You are one of Customer Excellence Team Capability Experts and report to Customer Excellence Director.

We expect you to have at least 3 years of significant multichannel marketing experience. You are highly knowledgeable about multichannel trends and tools, and especially we appreciate if you know how it is applicable in healthcare and pharma environment. You have strong understanding of digital marketing projects and digital strategies. You have solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate a large number of small projects at the same time. You also have ability to challenge the status quo and drive improved business outcomes through coaching and influencing skills, at all levels of the organization. You are a team player with a can do -mindset and you work effectively and interactively in a matrix organization. A strong command of written and spoken English is a requirement, other languages are a plus.
