About the job
As a MobilePay Advisor you will join our Support-team in a multichannel Customer Service unit where you encounter our customers via phone, mail, social media and app stores. Your daily tasks as a MobilePay Advisor will vary a bit as we are a small team and you will have the chance to work with almost everything from customer service to AML related tasks and reporting. The everyday work will include answering customer contact requests regarding MobilePay-app and we will support you in becoming a MobilePay Expert step by step. Your job is to help our users to get the most out of our solutions. Customers’ questions vary from complaints to praise and from more specific tech questions to how-to do something in the app.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how MobilePay interacts with it’s customers. In Support team we are working from Monday to Friday in between 8am and 5pm.
How to shine in this role
We hope that you have been interacting with customers before and all the better if you are comfortable with different kinds of service channels – experience from Social Media channels is a plus. We hope you take pride in excellent customer experience. It is also a great plus if you’re naturally tech-savvy and interested in technological solutions – after all, you will be working with a mobile payment app.
