Metsä Board is looking for a
For approximately three (3) years’ temporary employment to its Kaskinen Mill, Finland. In this role you will be part of Metsä Board Production Controlling team, reporting to Director, Production Controlling.
What's your role in the future Metsä?
Mill Controller is responsible for providing financial information, analysis and support to Kaskinen mill management and other stakeholders. You perform and coordinate all mill accounting and financial activities and ensure financial integrity of mill operations. As a need basis, you act as a back-up for controller colleagues in other production units.
Your key responsibilities include:
Acting as a business partner to mill management
Taking care of mill’s monthly closing process and financial & management reporting
Analyzing mill’s financial performance
Budgeting and profit forecasting for the mill
Handling of purchase invoices
Acting as key/main user for several finance related ICT-tools.
What are we looking for?
We expect you to have a position related academic education and previous working experience with reporting, controlling, or similar kind of tasks. Preferably you have excellent MS Excel skills as well as SAP or similar ERP system and reporting tool experience. Knowledge of HFM is also appreciated. You have analytical and detailed oriented mindset and a systematic result-oriented approach. You are flexible, take initiative and have good social and networking skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English are also required.
