We are looking for MEMS Platform Development Specialist to our MEMS accelerometers and gyroscope sensor development. You are responsible for sensor element manufacturing process as a system, including the design of processes flow, the implementation of the R&D process experiments as well as resolving process problems. You work in close cooperation with MEMS Design Engineers, MESM Test Designers and Process Development Engineers. Our Helsinki site (Vantaa) contains R&D, manufacturing and test laboratories, so you will be able to see your creations impact on new concepts, daily production as well as customer deliveries.
This position requires a suitable engineering or science background (M.Sc., Ph.D. or D.Sc.) preferably in physics or semiconductors. You have solid experience and understanding on semiconductor manufacturing or microfabrication technologies, for example:
You have 5+ years of working experience in technical field. You have passion to innovate new as well as perseverance to resolve challenges in current processes. You are continuously developing yourself to become a technology expert in your domain. You cooperate with internal and external partners with your good interpersonal and negotiation skills. You are able to provide reports from multiple process tests in English.
