MEMS Design Engineer

We are looking for a MEMS Design Engineer to our Product Development Team in Vantaa. In this role you will develop new MEMS Elements in a Product Development Project Team. Design work starts from concept ideas all the way to final product design. Your tasks include modeling and simulating, mask lay-out design, documentation, test and characterization planning and analyzing test results.
You will enjoy working with us, if you share our passion for innovations, new technologies and continuous improvement! Ideally, you have experience and knowledge of data analytics and physics, and you are able to work systematically in our fast moving production environment. Ability to absorb and utilize new information and summarize and manage given data is also important in this role. You have high self-motivation, strong work ethic and ability to think innovatively and you can effectively manage your personal tasks as well.
You hold a M.Sc., Ph.D. or equivalent in relevant field e.g. physics, electrical or mechanical engineering and you communicate fluently in English. You have an understanding of electromechanical and other physical phenomena and have experience using simulation and design tools like ANSYS, Comsol, Coventor, Matlab/Simulink and L-Edit. You are motivated to focus on essential details and problem solving as well as enhance long-term improvement in co-operation.
