Material Management Coordinator

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our clients Purchase Order Management team in the KONE's Global Spares Supply Unit at Hyvinkää. The assignment starts quickly and lasts at least a year. In the global supply chain operations organization, you will be coordinating activities related to Purchasing Spare Parts from Supplier's and follow up on deliveries to the distribution Centre (DC) or to Frontline (FL).

The contract of employment will be made with Adecco.

Your main tasks will include:

• Purchase order creation
• Follow up with supplier for Order Confirmation
• Transportation booking arrangement to pick material from supplier end
• Follow up with supplier on Controlling the deliveries from supplier to Distribution Centre or Customer (Frontline) or other destinations
• Maintaining ERP (SAP) with up-to-date information
• Monitoring Supplier performance
• Supplier collaboration & Improve smoother operations
• Collaboration with Internal stakeholders eg. Sourcing, Supplier Quality Management, Technical Teams

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Knowledge of supply chain areas (Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory management, Logistics)
• Experience in a supply chain operations role or equivalent education (e.g. Supply Chain Managment)
• Previous experience of using an ERP system (preferably SAP) and good MS Office tools skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is an added asset)
• Good interpersonal skills and team player attitude
• Proactive and accurate working style
• Data analysis skills are an asset
• Experience with inventory planning tools such as Servigistics are an asset
