Our customer Business Finland is now looking for a MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
You will join Business Finland’s International Marketing and PR unit located in Helsinki and report to Senior Director, International Marketing and PR. The position is a full-time job and fixed term for 2 years. The employment contract will be signed with StaffPoint.
As a marketing and communications professional, your main role is to manage and implement strategic marketing activities to attract talent and startups to Finland. More specifically, your role will be connected to workinfinland.fi and Talent Boost marketing communications development projects. An important aspect in the role is creating visibility to Finland as an attractive place to work and study. You see the importance of international talents and startups to Finnish society, companies and research.
Some examples of what you will be doing:
• Act as a marketing facilitator in the workinfinland.fi website project
• Concept creation and management of campaigns and other promotional activities for various markets to attract international talents and startups to Finland
• Cross-functional work with stakeholders and external agencies to identify, create and execute strategic marketing initiatives to ensure the best outcome for global marketing actions
• Plan and create content for Work in Finland’s websites and social media channels
• Follow-up the impact and measure success
Prior experience as a specialist preferably in big marketing projects that have included marketing planning, co-ordination and successful implementation
Current knowledge of marketing and communications trends, concepts, strategies and best practices
Ability to operate in a dynamic global business environment, as well as the competence to coordinate and develop high quality and impactful multi-channel marketing and communications activities for different markets and target audiences
Experience of effective data-driven marketing, digital marketing and content marketing as a part of our marketing toolbox
Prior experience in working with marketing tools i.e. Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEO and CMS
Ability to lead versatile projects and influence in a matrix environment
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Relevant bachelor’s degree or above
Excellent communications skills in both English and Finnish (verbal & writing)
