We are now looking for a


to support Finnair Commercial’s overall strategy and commercial objectives by building marketing presence in defined Asian regions. In the position, your main tasks will be to plan, manage and execute marketing actions in Asia and specific markets and to contribute to the commercial result. You will also develop and manage our digital marketing strategy for Asia.

In addition, some of your main tasks will include:

  • Building and managing marketing communication projects, actions and visibility.
  • Ownership of the marketing plan for a specific region within Asia.
  • Aligning annual marketing planning and budgeting with Finnair Commercial’s strategy, focus areas and KPI’s.
  • Managing consumer marketing activities according to the annual plan and brand guidelines with a special focus on Asia and defined countries.
  • Co-operating with internal and external partners to manage a world class digital marketing strategy in Asia and supporting and consulting other team members in implementing it.
  • Developing cross-channel visibility in our own, bought and earned channels and securing content match and process together with marketing team members, external partners, loyalty and direct sales.
  • Interpreting data analytics and targeting content and executing campaigns to various customer segments and markets.

You might be the person we are looking for if you have excellent knowledge in international marketing and a commercial mindset. You will also need to be a great team player with strong communication skills and fluency in English to thrive in the demanding international working environment.

To be considered for the role, we expect you to have:

  • University degree or equivalent in marketing or another commercial field.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing. International marketing project management experience will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of effective and cost-efficient integrated marketing in various channels.
  • Good understanding of digital and influencer marketing.
  • Experience working with Asian markets.
