We are currently looking for Marketing Coordinator for Kekkilä-BVB Business Area Nordics
Do you want to have a meaningful job where you get a chance to inspire and help people to grow more plants, add more green to our homes and gardens? We offer you a challenging and rewarding role in an international business in the horticultural industry. In this role you will be involved in executing our marketing communication activities towards both consumers and retailers for our Kekkilä brand as well as on a Nordic level for our Swedish brands, Hasselfors Garden and Algomin. You will be part of the international Digitalization & Marketing Retail team and will also work closely with sales and product management teams. This role is a parental leave substitute for approximately 15 months. Location is in Vantaa Tikkurila, and in this role you work in hybrid model.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who already have some experience in marketing planning and execution with a desire to learn more. You have a good understanding of how marketing communications is executed in practice and passion to stay up to date with changes and new possibilities. You have excellent communication and organizational skills and can express yourself creatively.
As a person, you are a team player with a service mindset and hands-on attitude. You speak and write fluent Finnish so that you can easily support in marketing content creation. You are also proficient in English as a working language to communicate with colleagues. Language proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus.
Work tasks
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Participate in the creation, editing, and publishing of both online and offline content across various platforms, including for example social media, websites, consumer web shop, email newsletters, catalogues and partner collaborations.
Coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, PR and customer events, including logistics, communications, product send outs and on-site support.
Support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Participate in managing social media presences by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers in Finnish (FI).
Work closely with sales, marketing and product management teams to ensure alignment with joint business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Job requirements
Requirements for employment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar in a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Finnish and English; language proficiency in Swedish is a plus
Written content creation skills in Finnish
