We are now looking for a
MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST, CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
to join our Brand, Customer & Sustainability unit. In this role you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective email marketing campaigns. By leveraging strategic thinking, creative skills, and a data-driven approach you will contribute to the success of marketing initiatives and help achieve business objectives.
This is a permanent position and you will be located in our Helsinki Flag Ship Store. However, as we work in a hybrid model we do not expect you to be on-site every day but more likely when needed e.g. 50-50 basis.
Where is your expertise needed?
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, Customer Communications you are responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated email marketing journeys and campaigns to engage the audience and drive results. This means that you need to have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email marketing best practices, and analytical skills to continuously improve campaign performance.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop email campaign strategies
Email & app campaign management and content creation
Build and maintain automated email workflows
Utilize customer data to segment email lists
Conduct A/B testing on email elements to optimize and improve
Stay up-to-date with email marketing regulations and best practices
What are we looking for?
You are marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation. Certificate in email marketing or marketing automation is considered a plus as well as knowledge of HTML and email design best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should also have:
Senior proficiency with marketing automation platform HubSpot and other email marketing softwares
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Eye for details
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are needed as you will have several stakeholders and you get to work across teams and functions. You speak and write fluent Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
