We are looking for a Marketing Automation Architect to our Digital Solutions and Processes team.

In this key role, your primary job is to maintain, support and especially develop our marketing automation. You are responsible for supporting countries to implement marketing automation initiatives, including lead generation and nurturing campaigns and to get the most of their Hubspot usage. You get to research and suggest new, creative marketing ideas to be implemented with the help of Hubspot and also help country organizations to design and build marketing automation as a sustainable capability globally. You will also utilize data to optimize existing campaigns, efficiently create new ads and promotions, and iterate on the creative & targeting testing cycles.

You get to work with local demand generation organizations and other business partners to create multi-channel strategies within compliance guidelines and policy. In your responsibilities are to surface relevant emerging trends and provide comprehensive guidelines to key stakeholders as well develop as local Hubspot competence. Your challenge is to lead the planning, building and execution of a scalable marketing automation processes that achieve targets while improving customer experience.

To be successful in this role we hope that you have extensive knowledge of Hubspot marketing automation platform and at least few years of experience in digital marketing and knowledge with SEO and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. We also hope that you have strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities while adhering to deadlines. Good communication skills are an advantage in this task when communicating and training with different stakeholders all around the world. We are a genuinely international company, so excellent English language skills in writing, speaking and performing are an essential precondition for this task.
