Marketing Assistant / Trainee

As a Marketing Assistant / Trainee, depending on your situation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our marketing team. This role is designed for recent graduates or students in their final year of studies who are passionate about marketing and eager to learn about brand management in the consumer goods industry, or you could also be at any other stage of your career. In the role, you will support various customer service and marketing initiatives and thus contribute to brand growth for our Moomin Baby, Vuokkoset and Helmi brands.

Your key responsibilities:

• Customer Service: You will be supporting brands in customer service in our customer service platform Planio and in social media.

• Content Creation: Assist in contributing to the development of digital content and marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.

• Brand Support: Help maintain our brand assets and guidelines with Canva.

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, export partners, including sending out samples, preparing presentations, and coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in marketing and brand management.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Finnish and English.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Enthusiasm for sustainability and environmental responsibility is highly valued.
