Market Services Team Member

While strengthening our Customer Service team we are looking for a Market Services Team Member to support our sales team. The Market Services is a team of 6 people out of which three are working in our sales offices outside Finland.

The role entails the following tasks:

• Handle incoming sales inquiries, enter sales quotations and orders into our ERP system, send order confirmations to customers, handle customs documentation related to imports and exports outside the European Union and follow up deliveries
• Daily correspondence with customers and sales people principally by phone and email
• Interact with the sales team, product development and production teams
• Enter and follow up customer claims
• Update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and service-minded. You are a fast learner and if you don’t know you are not afraid to ask or to pick up the phone and check.

In order to be considered for this role you preferably:

• Have prior experience working in customer service or B2B sales functions
• Possess outstanding communication skills in dealing with customers and internally
• Have proficiency in English and Finnish. Swedish, German or other language skills are considered as a plus.
• Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office , ERP (AX Dynamics) and CRM systems
• Have an ability to prioritise and manage your time as the job is quite multifunctional
• Enjoy working in a global environment and as part of a compact team in the office
