As a Market Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include sales inquiries handling and entering orders from Northern Europe, South Africa and other parts of the world to our ERP system (D365). You will support the sales by providing data and information for documents requested during tendering. You have an important role in maintaining and developing customer relationships; customer claim handling and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) updates are on your table. You get to work closely with the sales – producing sales statistics and calculating sales commissions will be your responsibilities. You get to interact with product development, production teams and even the board and our CEO. In this opportunity, you’ll rock two roles – you’ll also be the Executive Assistant for the Board and CEO, ensuring that all their meeting, event and travel arrangements run smoothly.

You’re expected to have excellent communication skills in Finnish and Swedish – professional fluency in English and other language skills is highly appreciated. We expect you to have customer service experience, the service-minded attitude should be natural for you. An import / export experience is seen as a plus. You have a tertiary level education in business management or similar. In this role, positive attitude, proactivity and structuredness will take you far. We highly value integrity, honesty and reliability. Prioritizing and time management skills are an advantage to golden success. We wish you to be familiar with basic IT skills, such as Microsoft Office systems, ERP and CRM.
