Main Responsibilities:

The job is to assist the Plant Controller in all missions such as:


Maintain the ERP System (MFG Pro) data accuracy (standard costing, inventory etc.)

Contribute to the physical inventory management by daily work order review, random stocktaking etc.

Active involvement in production management and to explain the major manufacturing variances

Participate in the construction of monthly financial result, forecasting and budgeting process

Other ad hoc analysis to support the management decision purpose


In order to be successful in this work you could hold a master`s/bachelor`s degree in Finance or Business, with basic training in accounting or already having some first experience in controlling or accounting function of a manufacturing company. In addition yours spoken and written English is fluent.

With your working attitude you are proactive, rigorous, dynamic and question-minded. You have also ability to understand and focus both on details and big-picture way of thinking.
