NMC Corporation, a global leader in synthetic foams since 1950, is seeking a visionary Managing Director to helm NMC Cellfoam Oy in Finland and NMC Cellfoam AB in Sweden. This recruitment is to replace our retiring Managing Director.
With a combined revenue of approximately €26 million and a workforce of around 150 FTEs across two sites, we are dedicated to upholding our leadership in the market and our commitment to sustainability.
Role Overview:
Lead both entities to strategic growth and operational excellence, managing all aspects from development to sales, and ensuring alignment with NMC Group’s global strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Materials, Business, Chemistry, Operations, or related field.
Minimum of five years in leadership roles with robust experience in the B2B sector, particularly in manufacturing or subcontracting.
In-depth working experience in Nordic markets.
Demonstrated success in team building, strategic planning, exceptional communication, and strong execution skills.
Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
Location: Tampere, Finland with regular travel to Sweden.
