Our Record to Report (RTR) Process Development team is looking for a Manager, Record to Report Process Development, to contribute to the success of our development activities. This position is located in Tampere or Helsinki, Finland.

What you’ll do
Own selected process development initiatives, aimed at transforming and improving the Record to Report end-to-end process
Drive, co-ordinate, monitor and, if required, contribute to these initiatives, together with sub-process owners and delivery teams. You will also timely recognize any possible risks and escalate those, if needed
Identify process development areas, in collaboration with our sub-process owners proactively
Turn development needs and requirements into project plans
Own our project management and process development methodologies as well as develop them and our ways of working
Coach other team members on project and process development methodologies
Lead in matrix and influence colleagues from different organization working on the prioritized development initiatives
Co-operate with other teams in F&C to ensure alignment to all existing processes
Who you are
You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Economics and Business Administration
You have at least 1 year of work experience with the Record to Report or any other finance processes
You have at least 2 years of experience in driving process developments or projects in finance or similar function in a multinational environment
You have excellent collaboration, communication, and issue resolution skills
You can lead others and have very good change management skills. Knowledge of Service Design principles is seen as an asset
You are motivated to learn and drive things forward, with a can-do attitude
You have excellent SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Knowledge of SAP for Finance is considered a benefit
You can fluently communicate in English. Other language skills are a benefit
