We are now looking for a Manager, Project Administration for UPM Raflatac for a permanent position to be started as soon as possible.

What you will do

You support ODF/ODC teams in project Admin & Finance related items and contribute in continuous development of UPM Raflatac Capex project finance and administrative systems and tools.

You will be responsible for:

  • Project administration & finance activities coordination including implementation of the project account structures and definitions in SAP RP1
  • Purchase orders and invoice handling process
  • Project cost follow-up reporting & hedging process
  • Project budgeting and cost estimating, scheduling, reporting, resourcing and work management in areas of own responsibility
  • Coordination of project shipments & transportations & project documentation archiving
  • Specifying & training of project instructions​

Who you are

  • You have a master’s or a bachelor`s degree in financial management, accounting or related field and minimum 5 years’ experience in similar kind of excellence function in a B2B or B2C environment
  • You demonstrate technical system proficiencies and have experience with MS Office Tools, SAP and some of DMS`s
  • You can positively influence your working team, global colleagues and the wider organization with positive, forward looking attitude
  • You are able to lead and implement change
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills (e.g. Finnish, German, French, Polish) are seen as an asset
  • Travelling abroad is not a limit to you
