UPM IT is now looking for a
Manager, IT Senior Architect, Pulp business
to take the leading role in specifying future IT developments for our Pulp business.
In this position you will work in early project phases, assist the setup of projects by providing strong guidance in terms of architecture and methodology. You evaluate, assess and approve solution designs for IT projects covering the whole spectrum of Pulp business. In your first assignment you will be fully involved in implementing the solution and architecture design of the ERP Vision Project, based on SAP S4/HANA technology.
By applying your experience in SAP solution design, enterprise application architecture, data management and project management, you will guide the solutions towards an agreed target setup. You make sure that the solutions and processes are according to general best practices and fitting the Pulp & IT long-term solution strategy and roadmap. You actively lead the Pulp business related solution designs and take a strong role in guiding and instructing the solution related work of our implementation partners.
We expect you to have a degree in computer science, at least 10 years of experience in working with SAP covering a wider range of functionalities and modules, ideally related to manufacturing, process or chemicals industry. You have strong expertise in designing and implementing ERP applications, very good project management skills, excellent communication skills and very good social skills. Furthermore, you understand IT methodologies very well and you are aware of future trends.
As a person you have an analytical approach and you are talented for describing complex issues in a simple and understandable way. You are convincing, team-oriented, creative and have good leadership skills. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
