We are now looking for a Manager, IT Compliance and Assurance to join our CISO Office team to support UPM in cybersecurity, IT Compliance, privacy, software asset and identity management related matters. This position is located in Helsinki or Tampere.

What you'll do 

As a Manager, IT Compliance and assurance you will

  • be responsible of UPM IT Compliance and related assurances
  • manage and develop compliance processes and related control documentation
  • perform, manage and coordinate audits in UPM IT compliance scope
  • support in ad-hoc tasks related to IT compliance
  • be responsible for co-operation and reporting with compliance stakeholders like UPM Compliance, IT, OT and external auditors
  • lead compliance negotiations in IT sourcing process
  • clarify expectations and create awareness of UPM and partners related to IT compliance
  • follow up possible compliance deviations

Who you are 

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in external audit providing assurance through standard modern compliance reports (ISAE, SOC)
  • You have a relevant University degree

You have experience in the audit of business applications, third-party services and information systems
You possess a strong understanding of IT processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements
You have excellent collaborative skills with strong written and verbal communication, and are able to communicate effectively with senior professionals
Data analytic skills (e.g. Python, SQL) would be a significant advantage
You have a CISA certification or similar, or willingness to attain this
You are fluent in written and spoken English
