Manager, Customer Service

We are now looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Customer Service Manager to strengthen our team. You will play a crucial role in developing and leading our customer service, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service in all interactions. Working alongside the management team, you will be responsible for making critical business decisions. Our company's production plant and office are in Vaasa, Finland. The position is full-time and permanent.

What does your job involve?

As a Manager, Customer Service, you will:

• Report monthly the sales KPI's, make forecasting and analysis and participate in sales budgeting.
• Lead, develop and motivate the customer service team.
• Develop service processes and practices, and continuously improve them.
• Collect customer feedback and utilize it for operational development.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction.
• Manage the team's daily operations and resources.
• Handle domestic and international client accounts.

You will also be part of the local management team, responsible to report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

As a person you:

• have strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• have fluent proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and English
• have solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• have experience with various customer service systems and software.
