Could you be the Customer Service and Sales Support Manager we are looking for?
As the Manager for Customer Service & Sales Support, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, playing a crucial role in shaping the customer journey and driving our Safety business forward. You will lead a team of 13 dedicated professionals placed in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, empowering them to deliver service that not only meets but consistently exceeds customer expectations. This means that extensive travels within the Nordic countries are expected, at least on a bi-weekly basis. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where innovation thrives, and customer satisfaction reaches new heights.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide your team to achieve excellence in every interaction. You will develop and implement processes that optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall quality of service we provide, and you will be part of the Safety Leadership Team Working closely with cross-functional teams across the Nordics, you will ensure that our customer service and sales support functions are seamlessly integrated, enabling us to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. By introducing new processes and refining existing ones, you will help us enhance the customer journey, making it smoother, more efficient, and more enjoyable. Additionally, you will play a vital part in the growth and development of your team, recruiting and mentoring talent to ensure they reach their full potential while contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.
The position is permanent and full-time, based in Vantaa. We work in a hybrid model.
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you will need a suitable educational background (for example engineering), along with relevant professional qualifications. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team towards exceptional results while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. We value candidates who are IT literate, especially those who are comfortable with technology and eager to leverage it to improve service delivery. Additionally, exceptional communication skills in English are a must, as you will be working with diverse teams and stakeholders across the Nordics, and any other Scandinavian language skills, especially Swedish, are considered as an advantage.
We also appreciate a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Your ability to make decisions and deliver results with a positive, pragmatic, and risk-balanced attitude will set you apart in this role.
