Job summary

As Neste Engineering Solutions Manager, Automation & Instrumentation, you will be responsible for managing and developing one team of Automation & Instrumentation Engineering. You will organize these disciplines resourcing in our customer projects. You will be responsible of competitive competence management in your own team and participate in developing Automation & Instrumentation function according to your own strengths as well. The work will also include sales support, engineering leadership and coordination of larger projects. 

Key requirements

We expect you to have a Bachelor's or Masters of Science degree in automation & instrumentation engineering or a similar education. Several years of professional experience in process industry projects is needed. Developing new ways of working and driving change are close to your heart. You have an international background, excellent interpersonal skills and hands-on attitude towards work. Fluency in Finnish and in English, both oral and written, is a necessity. We also appreciate willingness to travel.  

Additional requirements

To be selected for this position you must pass a health examination including a drug test. Security clearance is obtained for the person with their consent. 

The position is preferably based in either Turku or Kotka. Also Kilpilahti (Porvoo) could be considered as an alternative.
