Your challenge

We are seeking a Manager for our new accounts receivable and claims team to lead the group of professionals and to take charge of the team’s strategic and operational activities. Your responsibilities among others are to manage and develop accounts receivable and claiming processes to ensure effective dunning and sales invoicing operations. You and your team will handle and coordinate demanding claiming cases, e.g., complaints, surpluses, delivery bans, process deviations and other costs.

As a supervisor, you manage day-to-day operations such as resources, workload and problem solving. In addition to operational work, you are involved in the long-term planning and development of the organization. We expect you to develop and maintain the KPIs of your responsibility area, delivering accurate and proactive management reports. You will work in close relation with rest of the finance team and with various departments also heavily contributing to other business lines and Group functions such as Legal department.

Our offices are in Uusikaupunki and Turku. In this position it is possible to work in either of the locations.

We expect you to have:

• Degree in Business/Economics or other financial degree, or long proven record of relevant work experience
• Prior knowledge of business law and company legal processes is considered as an advantage
• Excellent MS Excel skills are a must and prior knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP etc.)
• Experience in accounting and AR processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Positive and constructive team leading attitude to achieve common goals
• Accuracy and attention to detail, yet hands-on mentality, paired with a flexible work style to cope with a fast-growing work environment
• Good Finnish and English language skills, both written and spoken
