We are looking for a Manager, Accounts Payable to join our Metso Financial Services EMEA team in Tampere.
Metso Financial Services EMEA offers financial services to Metso units in Europe. We provide general ledger and asset accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger, cash management as well as travel and expenses accounting services.
As a Manager, Accounts Payable, you will lead the Accounts Payable team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of day-to-day activities, monitoring and development of process KPI’s and Metso Compliance Controls, team resourcing, cost planning and follow-up, as well as participation in different global development and integration projects.
You will be working closely with other finance professionals, global process owners, procurement, and various other colleagues in Metso.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience on working as a team leader, a university degree in accounting or similar, experience in financial accounting, and solid knowledge on accounting principles, accounts payable practices, tools and procedures. End-to-end process understanding and Basware P2P knowledge are considered as an asset.
You have good communication skills in spoken and written English and Finnish, other languages are a plus.
