We are now looking for new Trainees to our Financial Advisory Business focusing on different stages of the buy and sell processes.

As a member of our Financial Advisory team you will have a unique opportunity to work with Finnish and global corporations as well as private equity clients in the highly interesting and challenging environment of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). You can focus on 

Trainee, Corporate Finance

Your role as a Trainee in the Corporate Finance team is to support our experienced M&A professionals with various assignments related to M&A work. You will have the opportunity to utilize and further develop your skills in financial analysis, strategic thinking, valuation and client interaction. 

Primarily we are looking for a Trainee to join our team for a four-month trainee-period starting in January 2019. 

Trainee, M&A Strategy & Operational Advisory

Working in our M&A Strategy and Operational Advisory you will work as a part of the team helping our clients identify, design and execute challenging transactions. Depending on your preferences, you may want to focus on M&A strategy (incl. CDD), integrations and/or divestments. Working alongside experienced M&A professionals you will have an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your personal skills in financial/strategic analysis, business transformation and client interaction as well as to start building your professional network

You will work as an integral part of our team for a period of four months starting from January 2019.

Trainee, Transaction Services

Our Transaction Services team provides buy and sell-side advisory services in conjunction with corporate acquisitions and divestitures. Your role as a Trainee will be assisting our professionals in various due diligence and other client engagements. During your trainee period, you will deepen your knowledge in financial analysis, valuation and client interaction and gain insight in to M&A processes.

The selected Trainee will work as an integral part of this team for a period of four months starting in January 2019.
