Accountor Finago is now looking for a

Loyalty Team Lead
to our renewed and growing SME Marketing and Communications team. You will take the lead on building customer and partner loyalty.

In your role, you are responsible for building and implementing concepts focusing on improved customer satisfaction, cross-sales and increased number of partner and customer advocates. You and your team will work in co-operation foremost with the Sales, ICT and Business Development organizations, along with working side-by-side with the two other sub-teams in the SME Marketing and Communications organization.

Your key tasks will include

  • Developing and driving actions covering the partner program
  • Partner network and customer community management (for example: Finago Friends)
  • Event concept creation and enhancement (for example Finago Tilitoimistopäivä)
  • Establishing and maintaining processes that ensure best practices regarding customer and partner loyalty
  • Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet targets
  • Leading a team of currently one specialist – lead by example and keep the team motivated and involved
  • Supporting in developing the Accountor Finago position and image in the industry.

We have chosen an inhouse-marketing strategy, meaning that all team members play a crucial role on both a strategic and operational level. For example, all team leaders have a two-folded role: the coaching leadership and a subject matter expert role. In this specific role the subject matter focus would cover Customer and partner care-activities.

We apply a significant stack of modern tools and enablers (for example bots, Dynamics, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Power BI, Slack, Teams, Wordpress) but more essential than exact knowledge of all tools is eagerness and ability to learn fast and drive optimization. We are on an ambitious customer experience and data-driven journey, and we will be delighted to learn about new ways of enabling success.

You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have relevant experience in driving customer and partner loyalty. Excellent business understanding, both strategical and structural execution skills and networking skills are important. Our corporate language is English, and for this specific role we believe it is essential to also possess solid skills both in English and Finnish, Swedish skills would be an asset. Overall, we particularly value a passion for customer insights, general curiosity and change leadership. Experience working in a software company is a plus, but not a must.
