The city bikes of Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa will return in the spring of 2023!

The city bike service that has become familiar to everyone is again looking for seasonal workers to implement the best micro mobility service in the capital region.

The service is implemented by KaupunkiPyörä Suomi Oy and KaupunkiPyörä Vantaa Oy as part of the international Inurba Mobility group.

Our office is located in Konala, Helsinki, along a good route.

We are now looking for logistics workers for KaupunkiPyörä for fixed term contracts. The work will start in late March and run at least until the end of September but may continue for longer. Work takes place in different parts of Helsinki and Espoo, but shifts start from Konala in Helsinki. The job is full-time with 37.5 hours/week. The work is done in two shifts. The city bike service operates every day of the week, which means the job requires also weekend shifts. The employment contract will be between the selected person and Adecco.

Above all, we expect you to have a brisk attitude and an interest in transportation tasks. Previous experience driving a parcel or delivery van is an advantage. If you also have skills in warehouse work and logistics, we will count it in your favor. You have at least drivers license B. Good local knowledge of Helsinki and the rest of the capital region is useful, but not essential, as an in-vehicle app will guide you to the right route.

As a person, you are brisk and customer service oriented. You are an independent, self-motivated, and fast-paced employee. You will be flexible when necessary and take responsibility for the work you do. If you are interested in biking and passionate about healthy urban mobility, we will count it in your favor.

As a logistics worker, your duties will include ensuring that the bike stations are full, transporting bikes for repair to the service station and maintaining the general appearance of the stations. You will ensure that the stations have the right number of city bikes and that defective bikes are collected and taken for maintenance in a timely manner. As a logistics worker, you represent both the city bikes brand and our partners brand, so you have a service-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
