Marioff Operations is looking for Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Service Center (CSC) team in Kerava. In this role you have opportunity to work between Operations and Marioff business units with the responsibility for sales order processing and scheduling. Scheduling of deliveries is done together with Operations productions planners and purchasing team based on material availability and customer demand. Ideal candidate have customer service mindset with interest for continuous improvement of Marioff delivery processes.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Sales order processing in iScala ERP based on customer demand
  • Order change request processing
  • Customer communication on delivery related topics
  • Monitor and analyze delivery issues in co-operation with other teams in Operations
  • Return logistics processing (service escapes and project returns)
  • CSC team daily KPI reporting
  • Reporting of process turn backs
  • Key user for Sales module in iScala ERP


To be successful in the role you:

  •  Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or business
  • Have min 1 year work experience in relevant role
  • Have strong communication skills
  • are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
