Local Sales Manager for Pulp & Paper System and Hybrid industry Sales

We are looking for a (senior) Local Sales Manager for Pulp & Paper System and Hybrid industry Sales at ABB Oy,
Process Industries Business Line. In this role you can be located in Helsinki, Tampere, Vaasa, Lappeenranta, Varkaus or
Hybrid industry covers food and beverage, data center, and printing industries, delivering products, solutions, and
services that cover the complete value chain from plant/site to market. As a local Sales Manager you are the pro-active
front-end sales person for our customers in these industries.
- Seeking for opportunities at our customer front end for DCS/ QCS System upgrades
- Managing existing customer relationship at the customer maintenance management and foremen
- Guiding bid and proposal managers
- Doing sales according with ABB processes
- Communicating internally by using sales tools as well as externally (to be able to give presentations)
- Providing first class customer service and active collaboration
- Willingness to travel and be out at the customers 50 – 100 days in a year

- Good technical and business management skills (qualifications and work experience). Your professional background
could be, for example, being a process industry consultant
- Experience of leading projects for process automation solutions
- Driven and sales-oriented attitude
- Strong personal resilience, drive and be highly motivated
- Experience working with customers and understanding their needs
- Excellent team-working, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
