Assisting legal counsels in daily legal tasks related to contract law, corporate law, company governance, finance etc. Main responsibilities will include drafting of documents, performing legal research, translating documents and assisting in legal assignments.
We are looking for a law student in his/her final stage of studies. We require excellent English language skills. We value a team player with good co-operation and communication skills and the motivation to learn more about the shipbuilding industry and related legal matters.
Previous working experience in a law firm or an in-house legal team is appreciated. International experience is considered as an advantage.

This is a fixed-term traineeship program until the end of summer 2020. Part-time work during fall 2019 – spring 2020 (required 2-3 days a week) and a full time traineeship during summer.
