As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible of supervising, coordinating and developing efficient company administration globally. You will develop and co-ordinate contract management and procedures as well as develop and update regulatory policies. Furthermore, you will organize trainings and e-learnings on legal and regulatory matters.


Close co-operation with stakeholders internally and externally is of high importance but also the ability to work and think independently. You will co-operate with external parties as well as work with Amer Sports Legal Counsels in matrix. You will also participate in Amer Sports Global Legal Network.

We believe you’ll meet the following criteria:


  • Master of Laws

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience  in legal department of a company or law firm

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and co-operation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain networks both internally and externally to stakeholders

  • Experience in developing and maintaining legal procedures and processes

  • Experience in organizing trainings and/or e-learnings considered a plus

  • Excellent English and Finnish skills, both written and spoken. Other language skills considered a plus.

  • Good skills in MS Office
