Can you meet the challenge of advancing our Knowledge and Learning strategies in the Nordics?

Your responsibilities

As our new Nordic Learning & Development Specialist you will help us to develop and enfold our Learning and Development strategy in order to inspire, develop and motivate our people. You will have a very tangible impact on our performance and standing in the Nordics in terms of attraction and development of the brightest talents of relevance for our strategy.

Your responsibilities will include among others:

- Further developing the strategy and content for our Nordic Academy programme.

- Planning the short and long term training schedules and taking responsibility for budgeting.

- Organizing top level training events together with HR & the London Learning & Development team.

- Planning and executing effective internal communication of our training and knowledge sharing.

- Developing and coordinating our learning & development operations in the Nordics.

- Liaising with the London Learning & Development team about firm wide training initiatives and ensuring these are incorporated in the Nordic learning & development offering.

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role, you will be expected to have proven experience working with knowledge management and/or talent management/learning & development concepts either in a business law firm or other consultancy business. You are able to foster a cooperative work environment and develop positive and effective working relationships.

You have developed conceptual, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills and have the ability to handle complex learning & development issues. You are based in either Finland or Sweden and will work for all of our Nordic countries: Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
