We are currently looking for a Lead of Customer Service Management Expertise for Service Management business to our client Sofigate. This is your chance to be the one creating the next generation Customer Service Management solutions together with enterprise and public customers.
As the Lead of Customer Service Management Expertise your role will have the strongest emphasis on sales, presales and concept creation on CSM expertise area. You will mainly work with ServiceNow CSM module.
You will be working together with Sofigate's existing customer network and be the lead to create new accounts. You will also be the lead for Sofigate's CSM offering. Sofigates other sales professionals, team leads and CSM certified experts will help you to succeed in your role.

* Good networking skills as you will work in the customer, Sofigate and partner ecosystem
* Sales expertise to run the end-to-end sales process

* Willingness to learn ServiceNow platform CSM module
