In order to pioneer OP R&D’s aggressive expansion this year, we are now searching for 3 Lead Developers on 3 different teams to jumpstart our subsequent heavy technical recruitment.

What is the Job?

As said we have 3 different Lead Developer roles, all are full stack development, not just Java based. You will work on critical systems that are already being developed, and will soon be developed with plenty of ways to grow technically. You will develop requirements, you will code, design, implement. This is not a PM role, rather you will lead the vision of technical things with normal technical work, coding (50%), problem solving and in analyzing production problems while we constantly improve our methods. You will get to influence how we work, not just what we are building. You will work with several other highly talented teams of developers, with plenty of opportunity for you to think and practice what you’ve learned.

Who are you?

You understand architecture, you know how to lead technical development. You understand cloud solutions, you are a versatile developer from a wide background, and you are excellent at coding. You have strong interest in improving quality and processes related to the development of technology solutions. You need to understand how to design and implement good APIs. You have an understanding of Apogee infrastructure in general. You are interested in figuring out how the whole system works, across multiple teams.
