Lead Developer, Identification Means (IAM)
As a Lead Software Developer, Identification Means (IAM), you will play an important role in four identification development teams belonging to the Digital Capabilities tribe. The goal of these teams is common: to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions for Customer Identity and Access Management.
As a Lead Developer your daily tasks include, for example:
-Designing the software architecture
-Coaching and mentoring the development teams
-Having active dialogue with different stakeholders (Tech Lead, Product Owners, Business Leads)
-Participating in development and maintenance.
At OP we put emphasis on Agile. Our teams utilize Scrum or Kanban, based on their own needs. Agile ceremonies are followed, but common sense is used on implementation of them. Improving our practices is a task for us all. Sprint cycles are extended with quarterly planning session to improve the cooperation within the tribe and between the tribes. All tasks are prioritized through one backlog owned by the team. Mentality is to empower the teams and give them freedom on decision making. Despite the size our organization structure is flat, therefore cooperation between tribes and teams should be smooth and you can easily contact colleagues from other tribes and teams.
What we hope from you
In this position you should have previous knowledge working with customer IAM and we hope you already are a seasoned IAM specialist. Background in Java programming is a necessity in order to succeed. Having prior experience in managing and leading projects as well as in software architecture are also a huge benefit. As a person, you are a team player who thrives through the success of your teams, enjoys technical puzzles, and always sees the bigger picture.
