About the position
At OP Financial Group, we have decided to further improve our CRM capabilities to meet business needs. In this initiative, we are renewing our CRM into a new Microsoft Dynamics platform. Thanks to this transformation, we can improve our customer experience by providing advanced tools for our different business areas.
This Lead Developer role will offer some very interesting challenges. Transformation of this level is complex and there are lot of stakeholders in the game. Are you willing to accept the challenge? If yes, keep on reading what’s ahead of you on your path.
As a Lead Developer, your typical workday includes leading technical vision and technical work. You are designing and taking care that our solutions follow the architectural guidelines, driving development (if you’re into it, you can also do hands-on coding yourself), implementing integrations and documenting your work. Besides our internal employees we also have many vendors, who you will be guiding on technical aspects.
What we hope from you
- experience in solution architecture principles and practices
- experience in working with large and complex system renewal programs, CRM program experience preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, modern RESTful API, Java, C#, AWS, Azure
- general understanding of cloud-based delivery models, SaaS, DevOps CI/CD, integration architectures and patterns, master data and meta data management
- experience in JIRA and Confluence
Additionally, if you have experience Power Platform and Power Apps, that would also be very interesting to us.
You are familiar with agile software development and have preferably worked in financial sector. You have been mentoring/leading a software team and you know how to work with highly skillful software professionals. You are solution oriented and capable of finding creative ways of solving complex problems together with the team. You are enthusiastic about learning and quick to acquire new skills. You speak and write in English and if you can manage with Finnish, it’s a plus.
