Our Restructuring & Insolvency team focuses primarily on assignments related to the legal administration of companies undergoing bankruptcy, restructuring, or liquidation proceedings as well as voluntary arrangements and workouts. We achieve results in demanding insolvency cases, advising both creditors and debtors as well as acting as administrators in assignments that involve both domestic and international aspects. We are also known for being engaged in all the most important insolvency cases in Finland. Securing going concern valuations is one of the key areas in our work.
The professionals of our Restructuring & Insolvency team work at our Helsinki and Tampere offices, and most of our assignments involve lawyers from both offices. However, being based in the Helsinki region is not a requirement as we offer the possibility to work remotely.

You already have more than four years of work experience in the field of restructuring and insolvency. You are able to perform challenging tasks under pressure, and you enjoy working on the most complex restructuring and insolvency related assignments on the market, always striving to excel in everything you do. You are aiming to become, or you already are, a great lawyer and also have a keen interest in dispute resolution, corporate law, and business in general. We also expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Finnish bankruptcy and restructuring legislation.
Due to the type of work we handle, fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English is required.Join our team now
