On behalf of our client, Microsoft, we are looking for a Lab / Test Engineer to the HoloLens team in Espoo. As a Lab Engineer you will be working on fabrication and development of optical components. You will work hands-on in a cleanroom environment. Your tasks will include process and equipment improvement activities in the field of micro and nanofabrication.
Odotamme sinulta
Your daily work will include:
- Maintainance of machines in a laboratory setting
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Installation of software / run some automated tests based on a clear set of instructions
- Provide status reports on test scenarios, lab machines and configurations
- Moving and lifting of hardware maybe required

- General knowledge of personal computers, applications software, and/or operating systems
- Experience setting up computer hardware, installing/upgrading software and operating systems
- Demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- Some testing experience
- Excelllent understanding of process/mechanical and measurement technical fundamentals is required as well as a can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm towards fabrication technologies
- Earlier experience of working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of lithography, etch process and metrology are considered an advantage
Koulutus ja työkokemus
Bachelor's degree, technical training certification, Associate's degree or equivalent work experience or training desirable. A strong team-player attitude. Fluency in English is necessary.
