HR Business Partner - KFC

What we expect of you?
As the HR Business Partner your responsibility is the co-operate with Operations to ensure all external restaurant management vacancies are filled and drive the internal talent pipeline for the stores. You will be making sure that the right people are in the right place and build our bench strength.
As an important part of your role, you will be increasing our internal capabilities through several different programs, including coaching, training and leadership development support.
You will be aligning with Operations Area Coaches and the HR Manager and ensuring quality in all areas of people process.
We hope you are a firm believer of positive corporate culture as you will be championing the bringing to life of our very own ‘How We Win Together’ culture. Ensuring engagement is one of your key tasks. You will establish and implement effective engagement plans to ensure awareness and embedding of key HR initiatives and own the process of the employee engagement survey. The implementation of a benefits and compensation strategy will also be done by you.
The perfect candidate is someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within HR in the restaurant category in a global or leading FMCG, HORECA or retail brand. We hope that you have a proven track record in strategic people management and firm skills in people processes. An interest in growing staff capabilities with a variety of training, coaching and leadership development methods is appreciated.

We hope that you are a people person, since you will be working across all functions and representing all of our staff. Relationship building and presentation skills are needed.
This position requires excellent English language skills, advanced command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to travel.
