We are now looking for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for Unilever Finland
Are you passionate about customers, shoppers and selling with a purpose? Do you want to work with some of Finland’s favorite brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, Hellmann’s, Dove, and Omo? We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Development team in Helsinki.
What you will be doing?
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the commercial strategy and business plan together with your customer. You will have a lead role in the relationship with your customer – in selling and influencing, negotiations and long-term collaboration. Your goal is to deliver positive category development as well as drive Unilever competitiveness resulting in turnover growth, market share gain and improved profitability of your accounts.
Here are some of the tasks you will be doing:
In this role, you are also responsible for the forecasting process (financial & promotional) and negotiating trade terms and investments according to Unilever strategy.

It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. It is important that you have fully developed communication skills and a positive can do –mentality.
You are data driven, independent and result oriented. You have a great internal drive, a passion for customers and shoppers and you take ownership, can handle complexity and set your own goals. You have a winning growth mindset; you like to work in a dynamic environment with a high pace and you constantly look for even better ways to deliver on customer and shopper demands as well as outperform competition.
