You will work in partnership with one of the biggest customers in Finland and define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Findus and the customer. You´ll lead the retail sales field and ensure commercial goals will be achieved.
Your main goal is to secure the profitable growth for the frozen category, customer and Findus by supplying a well-developed business acumen, strategic insights and close collaboration with the customers. Developing and delivering plans within category vision and customer strategy, communication and negotiations and securing strategic planning with the customers (joint business planning) are your duties. You are responsible for reaching short- and long-term company targets with the customers by planning and securing activities, campaigns and being responsible for annual negotiations. Also ensuring improved listings and that NPD/relaunches are implemented in “best in class”- way. You will be part of the Commercial team (business decisions) and local management team (people). You will be reporting to Commercial Lead Finland.

You proactively initiate joint business opportunities, change and activities fit to the customers’ profiles and secure alignment with Findus strategy within Sustainability and Nomad company purpose, Serving the world with better food. You will be a person with drive and energy, and you are familiar in networking cross functional teams, like Marketing, Category, Finance, Planning & Logistics. As a head of field sales, you will lead and develop a highly effective sales organization to ensure the best implementation of our sales strategy across different categories and in-store environments.
