With the business growing, we are looking for a new Key Account Manager to join the Adecco Finland organisation.
What exactly are we looking for?

You should be development-oriented and result-driven, with the ability to work independently. You are active and positive about the challeges you face in you role. Your smile should not fade even under pressure and a fast-paced environment is where you thrive. You enjoy working closely with clients, harbouring new contacts and networking. Joining forces with your colleagues to create success and celebrating the results of the efforts should be important for you.
You should already have experience in sales of services, account management and success in client acquistion. You may have worked in a variety of industries, but we would prefer you to have experience in managing international accounts. You communicate well in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing. You are used to handling IT systems and you are eager to learn more.
What does the job look like?
Your main tasks as a Key Account Manager are managing and developing current and new large accounts, contract negotiations, cooperation with local Account Managers and HR-Consultants and many other tasks related to the quality service we provide our customers and extending our network. Your strengths and preferences will be taken into account when defining your job description.

Adecco Finland headquaters and most of our clients are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area, but we are open for you to work from other Adecco branch locations. Currently we are mostly working remotely, mindful of the health and safety of ourselves and everyone else. Currently most client meetings are held virtually, but as we move to the post-covid environment 10%-30% of domestic travel may be expected depending on your preferred location.
