Zapflow by Mandatum Life is a digital ecosystem for investors, where you can find the important service providers for great investment management. The ecosystem provides a platform that you need for managing your investments and brings together private investors, investing teams, their portfolios and leading service providers in the field.
Zapflow is currently looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join their growth-oriented team. As a Key Account Manager your primary goal is to generate meetings via outbound efforts, drive sales of the multisided ecosystem platform in the Nordics, as well as manage the relationships with key accounts. You will have an important role in acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, as well as managing and renewing sales for your current customer portfolio.
Zapflow’s core customers are private equity and venture capital investors, corporate investors, and top tier professional service providers (I.e. Investment banks, law firms, consulting firms and the Big 4). As a Key Account Manager you will be working closely with very demanding, yet rewarding clientele, such as Managing Directors, Partners and senior finance professionals. You will also get to impact how the ecosystem evolves and how beneficial it will be to all parties. Internally, your most important stakeholders are the colleagues in sales, customer success and growth teams. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have an open and entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to develop the way you work. In addition to your key responsibilities, we hope that you are ready to improve and innovate the sales practices, as well as propose new approaches that lead to growth. Ideally, you bring 3-to-10 years of enterprise sales experience and customer relationship management. Previous working experience in the finance sector is also highly appreciated.

We expect you to have:
Relevant educational background, preferably in business or finance
3+ years of relevant work experience in B2B sales. Previous experience in navigating and managing complex deals is also seen as a benefit.
Ability to create top-notch sales collateral independently (offers, presentations, etc)
Driven, self-starter with a passion for excellence and a hands-on working attitude
Great collaboration skills, you’re socially confident and talented in negotiating and convincing different stakeholders
Genuine interests towards private equity market and understanding of the market dynamics
Fluent communication skills in English. Fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish is considered as an advantage
