GROHE is now strengthening its organization and looking for an experienced
Key Account Manager
to expand the B2B business within the construction industry in Finland.
As a Key Account Manager you will have the responsibility of handling GROHE’s most important client accounts in the construction industry field. You will be in charge of GROHE’s sales to main construction companies and you will manage independently your “customer ship”. You build and develop trusted relationships within the customer organizations, suppliers and parent organization in order to grow the business.
At its core, your responsibilities include:
- Sales and customer management of the key customers
- Increasing the business performance and profit within your client segment
- Managing the communication to key clients
- Driving measurable results with confirmed revenue growth
- Building, leveraging and maintaining successful construction industry customer relationships
As GROHE products are highly sophisticated, and the company thrives on product development, the importance of adding value has concrete implications in the way of working, and how long-term goal setting is appreciated over quick wins. In essence, substance is valued.
You understand business in the construction and wholesaler industry and have a vision on how to steer the GROHE brand awareness within the main target groups. The ability to manage external and internal stakeholders from key opinion leaders to suppliers is crucial. You have a broad network within the construction industry and you have the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders from key opinion leaders.
You are a natural problem-solver, and you demonstrate ambition, strength of character and enthusiasm. In your course of action, you show exemplary and steady persistence which is a key success factor in building a business from the ground up.
You work naturally with different stakeholders and create rapport through trust and co-operation. You are structured in pursuing set goals and work on own initiative in an analytical manner. You possess strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand customer needs and see possibilities instead of limitations. As Grohe is an international company, You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.

The position is located in the center of Helsinki. Remote working is also an opportunity one can use accordingly. As the business is global, one needs to have willingness to travel frequently within Finland and abroad – main focus being on Finland.
