Key Account Manager
Your role will be to enhance and develop our business in the Finnish pharmacy chains and with the dermatologists and other health care professionals in the Helsinki area. You will work both on strategic and operational levels, cooperating with our Finnish and Danish team.
Key in the position is to define, propose and implement our strategy and action plan with our clients. In this central role you will take the main responsibility of building strong relationships with our clients.
You will define, negotiate and implement the annual campaign plans with most central customers in Finland and you will budget, follow-up and analyse the campaigns and the development of sales. You will also meet, present and educate health care professionals and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
This position requires a person who has a strategic vision, enjoys analyzing data and building different reports, is good at networking and has exceptional client and communication skills. You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and are familiar with a related industry. You hold a Health Care and/or a Commercial degree. We highly appreciate your understanding of dermatology or medical industry. As working with customers is a central part of your work, it will be essential that you enjoy meeting people and are looking for opportunities to better understand the market and our clients.
You are a native Finnish speaker, with English as a working language. You are willing to travel to meet your clients in Finland and colleagues in our international team. You will be based in our Espoo office and report to our Country Manager.
