Job description:

As an Account Manager in ABAX you will work with existing Finnish customers. Your main responsibility is managing Churn in Finland, dealing with incoming cancellation requests and proactively dealing with customers at risk of future churn. Good communication skills are a must. If you are comfortable working with high tempo and you like to be challenged, you are a good match for ABAX and this position.

You will contribute to a company culture, that emphasizes good relations, improvement sand high performance. You will always act in accordance with ABAX values; First, Enthusiastic and Profitable

Who are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills in Finnish and English, both oral and in writing
  • Have experience with sales and managing customers
  • Enjoy getting to know the customer and the customers need, building good relations

  • Able to think outside the box, and find solutions and not problems
  • Never say die attitude
