Would you like to work in an innovative and fast growing company that puts customer value first? Can you achieve results by driving long sales processes in complex organizations from first contact to winning the contract?

As Key Account Manager you will play an important role in expanding our market position. Your customers will be utilities (electricity network companies and contractors) both in Finland an new markets in Europe and overseas. You will position Kamstrup as a smart grid partner through engaging with their decision makers and stakeholders, facilitate the relations on different levels with Kamstrup and build up a winning strategy. Going into the bid phase, you will be the focal point in producing a winning bid strategy with the support of bid, project, engineering, legal and product management. You can expect around 60 days travelling per year, visiting customers as well as spending time in our Danish and Swedish headquarters.

We are looking for a person with at least 5-10 years experience with Key Account Management, sales of complex solutions and experience with managing contractual issues. You have a strategic mindset and the ability to steer complex bid processes under great time pressure. You have the ability to analyse technical and contractual issues in order to form recommendations to the bid team and Kamstrup management. Experience from the energy sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are result oriented and able to stay motivated and keep momentum in very long sales processes. You understand how to listen to the customers, and how we can create value for them.

You speak and write Finnish and English fluently.

In the position as Key Account Manager, you will become part of a Nordic sales team, but located in our office in Espoo with around 10 employees involved in service, support, engineering and project management. You can also be located in Jyväskylä. You will report to the Head of Sales, Nordics.
