We at UPM ProFi are now looking for a Key Account Manager to take responsibility for our operations in Sweden starting as soon as possible. This position is located in Lahti, Finland.

UPM Biocomposites consists of UPM ProFi outdoor products and UPM Formi granulates. UPM Biocomposites business develops, manufactures, markets and sells high-quality composites whose principle ingredients are cellulose fibers and polymers. UPM ProFi products are used for outdoor end uses in construction and UPM Formi as raw material in industrial and consumer applications. What you’ll do

  • Responsible for customer portfolio, customer profitability and customer satisfaction within Sweden
  • Developing and managing strong customer relationships within Sweden and potential sales support in Finland
  • Ensuring that invoiced volumes and price levels are sufficient to meet annual plans and forecasts for Sweden
  • Managing successful trainings of customers’ relevant personnel and installers to support re-selling of UPM products and services
  • Ensuring timely and accurate competitor, price positioning and market information from the field.
  • Personally responsible for certified installers within Sweden and their annual trainings

Who you are

  • You have Master’s or bachelor´s degree in a relevant field
  • You have more than 2 years’ work experience in Building materials & Timber industries
  • You are fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English languages. Other languages are seen an asset
  • You have advanced skills in work related software (MS Office etc.)
  • You are proactive and independent at work
  • You have capability and experience to work with customers and other key partners in the value chain
  • You have influential communication skills, also in working with big and not unified audiences
  • You are customer oriented and systematic. Capability to solve multi-angle challenges is appreciated
  • You are self-motivated, open-minded, managing pressure and tight time schedules
