We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Valves Equipment business line in Vantaa.
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage two Key Account customers globally within Pulp & Paper industry. You will play a crucial part in managing the allocated accounts and achieving global sales targets. You will establish and develop key account relationships at all levels, including problem solving, maintaining existing businesses and developing new businesses within these key account opportunities.
Your main responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you should have already several years of experience in Pulp & Paper industry and processes. You have previous experience in Sales & Marketing field, preferably in account management and in achieving sales targets. Basic understanding of accounting procedures including profit and loss, budgets and gross margins is a must.
Earlier experience within flow control products and business is an asset. You have a relevant degree in Engineering, e.g. in Mechanical Engineering, in Pulp & Paper Engineering or other relevant field. You speak fluently English and Finnish, other language skills are a plus.
You have a service-oriented mindset and you enjoy working with people. You always find the time to walk the extra mile to ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are met.
You take things forward efficiently and in good collaboration with others. Your communication and influencing skills are convincing and you have the ability to build networks across organizations.
This role requires travelling from time to time (approximately 20-30% of the work schedule).
